**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Projector Coordinator role acts as the conduit between in-house; assembly, procurement, warehouse and human resources. The primary function of this role is resource planning and project management, working alongside and reporting to the Assembly Manager. A typical week will include:

- Assembly team schedule planning and roster management
- Coordination of appropriate project resources/teams, tasks and work orders, both utilising and acting as a key advocate for the project management system and company processes
- Monitoring and reporting on timelines, milestone delivery and risk management
- Estimate labour needs based on project timelines including assignment temp labour hire as required
- Document project scheduling processes and maintain records

**SKILLS REQUIRED**
- 3 + years experience in project management and delivery is essential. Experience in building or manufacturing scheduling is desirable
- Degree or relevant qualification in a project management discipline desired but not essential
- Experience within a related industry
- Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills
- Experience reporting to stakeholders on project timelines, changes and risk management.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
