**The Role**
We are looking for experienced Hydraulic Technicians to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This role involves the manufacturing, repair, inspection, commissioning, and troubleshooting of various hydraulic components and systems, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Fabricate, assemble, and install hydraulic components and systems according to specifications and industry standards
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on hydraulic systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Conduct inspections and testing of hydraulic components to identify faults and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Oversee the commissioning of hydraulic systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet project requirements
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members on hydraulic systems and components
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections, and prepare reports as needed
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in hydraulic technology to enhance service quality and efficiency
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hydraulics and tubing (Essential)
- Strong understanding of hydraulic fault finding, servicing/repair, and testing/commissioning procedures
- Relevant trade qualification or certification in hydraulics or mechanical engineering (preferred)
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues within hydraulic systems effectively
- Strong commitment to safety practices and procedures in the workplace
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various environmental conditions
- Valid Australian driver's license is required (or equivalent)
- Availability to travel to job sites as needed
