MyFirstGym is a one stop fitness shop for children from 7 months right through to 15 years. We deliver outcome based programs and inspire kids to fall in love with movement and fitness.Our development programs are designed to improve children's physical literacy, while our specialty programs are designed to focus on specific sports. Our specialty programs include Acrobatics, Ninja Warrior, Dance, Gymnastics, Parkour, Boxing and MFG Fit.

**About the role**

The role of a MyFirstGym Coach is to inspire children to fall in love with movement and fitness and help them to feel confident and motivated. MyFirstGym Coaches are not just coaches, they are mentors, friends and role models who are **passionate about working with children.**

We are seeking a Fitness Coach to coach our MFG FIT classes, MFGFit is Australia’s first functional training program specially built for 8 -15 years old. The MFGFit experience is engineered to supplement, and or, complement all sports & activities available. It includes functional circuit based training designed to improve speed, endurance, power, agility and strength.

**Skills and experience**

Certificate 3 or 4 In Fitness - **Essential**

Experience working with children
First Aid Certificate - **Essential**
Working with children check - **Essential**
A passion for Health and Fitness
Ability to work well in a team environment
This role is all about inspiring the younger generation to grow up fit and healthy all while getting to do what you love.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Every weekend
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Springfield, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
