General Handyman

**Responsibilities**:

- **Maintenance and Repairs**: Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout our properties, including carpentry, patching, painting, cabinetry and general repairs.
- **Minor Construction**: Assist with minor construction projects as needed, such as installing shelves, cabinets, or fixtures.
- **Cleaning**: Be willing and able to assist with cleaning tasks when necessary, such as cleaning common areas or vacant units.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Handyman or related field.
- Strong skills in patching, carpentry, painting, and repair work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Valid driver's license.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in cleaning tasks.
- Knowledge of property management practices.

Pay: $23.72 - $35.25 per hour
