**The Opportunity**

Boeing Defence Australia's Helicopter Aircrew Training System (HATS) Program is responsible for the development and support of the Australian Navy and Army Joint Helicopter School, featuring brand new aircraft and a suite of synthetic training devices.

This role will be based at Swartz Barracks, Oakey, with initial training being conducted from HMAS Albatross, Nowra.

**Your Day**:

- Scheduling of aircraft and component maintenance (Base and Line);
- Aircraft component documentation review and life setting within the maintenance management system;
- Primary liaison with operations in relation to aircraft availability;
- Aircraft usage record validation and corrections;
- Aircraft status reporting;
- Coordination of aircraft for taskings;
- Test flight record management;
- Coordination of aircraft configurations.

**Your checklist for success**:

- Previous experience in maintenance planning and scheduling, aviation experience is an advantage;
- Previous experience working with maintenance management systems (cMRO an advantage);
- Previous experience in aircraft maintenance data management;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a high tempo operating environment;
- High level of computer literacy;
- Experience working in a safety critical environment.
