**Position**: Part-Time Cocktail Bartender

**Location**: Campground Kitchen, Braybrook

**Days**: Wednesday to Sunday

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Craft Cocktails**: Create classic and signature cocktails with skill and flair.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional service to ensure every guest has a memorable experience.
- **Bar Management**: Maintain cleanliness and efficiently managing the bar during busy times.

You’ll need to be experienced with stock control and inventory management.
- **Independent Work**: Handle the bar independently and demonstrate adaptability.
- **Beverage Service**: Serve a variety of drinks including cocktails, tap beer, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: At least 2 years of bartending experience.
- **Cocktail Knowledge**: Strong understanding of classic cocktails and a passion for creating new drinks.
- **Mindfulness**: A friendly and positive attitude towards others.
- **Efficiency Under Pressure**: Thrives under pressure and manage tasks effectively.
- **RSA Certificate**: Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
