The AHB Group and is one of the fastest growing and successful housing companies in Australia. With a healthy pipeline of more than 3,500 homes, as we continue to grow and evolve, we looking to bring in some exceptional talent into our Product Development and Drafting Teams.

Being a volume builder, it is essential you have local experience in volume and residential building experience.

We have identified that we need another 5 drafting professionals across three critical areas of the team:
**_ 1 x Product Development_**

**_ 1 x Displays - Product Development_**

**_ 3 x Production Drafting_**

**What we are looking for**:

- Proven volume residential building experience in Australia is a **MUST**:

- Working experience with **AutoCAD**:

- Sound knowledge of **Vic Rescode** and NCC standards
- Good understanding of the **NCC 2022** changes
- Ability to balance speed with accuracy
