We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at Velicious Cafe in North Narrabeen, which is opening soon As a Barista, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for our customers by crafting delicious coffee drinks with precision and care.

As a casual member of our team, you will have the flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends, based on our scheduling needs. Your main responsibilities will include preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment.

To succeed in this role, you must have a passion for coffee and a strong attention to detail. A minimum of 2-3 years experience working as a Barista is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends

Your responsibilities will include:

- Being front of house; welcoming customers, processing orders, and handling payments.
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffees and other beverages.
- Serving food and drink items to customers.
- Performing opening and closing duties of the premises, ensuring all tasks are completed and the café is securely locked.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the café
- Managing stock levels, rotating stock, and ensuring quality control of all items.
