**Job Description**:
The Graduate Safety, Health & Environment Administrator contributes to the purposeful day to day coordination of Safety, Health, Environment & Wellbeing (SHE&W) culture in a practical way. They manage aspects of day-to-day administration including supporting strategic initiatives and being the primary point of contact of the SHE Team offshore resources. They also provide assistance and support to the SHE team of business requirements including reporting, systems and processes.

This role could be located in Melbourne VIC or Brisbane QLD.

**Qualifications**:
Completed a Bachelor level Occupational Health & Safety / Ergonomics / Health Promotion / Occupational & Environmental Health courses.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills
- Comfort within a highly integrated systems environment
- Ability to work well with others, sometimes under tight timeframes

Knowledge
- Able to use all relevant Microsoft Office programs
