**The role**:

In the role of a Painting Trade Professional, you will assume a crucial position in elevating the visual appeal and durability of buildings and structures.

**Salary**:
This is for a full-time position with an annual remuneration of $89,164.359 plus Superannuation.

**Duties and responsibility**:

- Proficiently reading and interpreting drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
- Safely selecting and utilizing appropriate equipment in accordance with manufacturers' instructions and company policies.
- Erecting scaffolding and ladders, strategically placing drop sheets to protect adjacent areas from paint splatters.
- Meticulously preparing surfaces by removing old paint and wallpaper, repairing woodwork, filling holes and cracks, ensuring smooth and sealed surfaces.
- Leveraging in-house technology for task completion.
- Exhibiting proficiency in selecting and preparing paints to achieve required colors, skillfully mixing pigment, oil, and necessary additives for thinning, and drying.
- Timely raising and closing off work orders.
- Maintaining cleanliness of equipment and work areas, emphasizing a commitment to a safe and organized workspace.
- Executing work with mínimal disruption to customers.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
