We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join our Logistics team, within our Operations Division on a full-time, permanent basis as a Coordinator - Rail Operations.

The primary purpose of this role is to provide support in managing the contracts and operations of the CBH Rail Operations team’s portfolio and to assist in the management and execution of the CBH Rail Safety Management Plan.

**Reporting to the Manager - Rail Operations and working closely with operational personnel in head office and regional areas, the key deliverables for the role are**:
- Ensure the performance standard requirements under the Rail Safety Regulations are adequately reviewed, documented, and applied;- Work collaboratively with CBH Health and Safety team to ensure alignment of systems and reporting;- Assist in the ongoing management of the Rail Services Agreement;- Assist in operational and asset management project work as required, such as project coordination, data collection and analysis;- Carry out internal audits and monitor compliance to the Rail Safety Management Plan, correcting any systemic issues; and- Participate in long term rail safety and strategy planning.- Experience in the management of projects;- Exposure to contract management;- Sound verbal and written communication skills;- Sound organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise; and- Strong conceptual, analytical and problems solving skills.
