**About the role**

Whilst following strict safety procedures this role will be responsible for:

- Removing existing tyres and fitting replacements on commercial vehicles and fleet trucks
- Diagnosing and assessing tyre damage and wear
- Selecting correct tyres, tubes, rims and accessories
- Diagnosing wheel balance problems and balancing wheels
- Communicating safety and service requirements to customers both instore and out in the field

**About You**

As someone who enjoys providing customer excellence and takes pride in executing a skilled and valuable service, You will:

- Have good time management skills
- Has good safety awareness
- Want to work for a trusted Australian brand
- Has customer service experience
- Thrive in a busy and challenging environment
- Hold a current driver’s license
- Tyre fitting or automotive experience preferred but not essential
