**The Role**
We are searching for an enthusiastic Legal Assistant to join our Litigation & Dispute Resolution team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will provide support to several partners as well as their wider team.
Whilst each day will be diverse, your key duties will include:
- Secretarial support for general administrative tasks;
- Brief preparation, court document drafting, amendment and management;
- Preparing lists of documents and other quasi paralegal duties;
- Proactive diary management and meeting coordination;
- Coordination of travel arrangements;
- File opening and management;
- Proactive management of monthly client reporting and billing;
- Working collaboratively with other legal assistants across the team; and
- General administrative tasks including taking phone calls and sending mail.
**Experience**
Furthermore, you will demonstrate the following attributes:
- Ability to exercise initiative;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external parties;
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and part of a team;
- Ability to work effectively with the other senior Legal Assistants in the team; and
