Trade Waiter

Matteo Double Bay embodies the Italian lifestyle as it captures the flavour, energy and relaxed vibe inspired by the Amalfi Coast. Their food concept takes inspiration from Campania, a region in Southern Italy where staples are handmade pasta, fresh mozzarella, locally-grown tomatoes and local seafood.

Matteo Double Bay is now looking for an experienced Trade Waiter to join their team.
- Supervision, training and coordination of FOH employees;
- Taking orders and reservations from clients;
- Cleaning tables after services and setting tables for new customers;
- Arranging tables on the restaurant;
- Welcoming clients and taking them to their table;
- Serving dishes and drinks;
- Recommending special dishes and wines according to menu availability and selection;
- Serving water and drinks;
- Collecting payments after service;
- Ensuring customers enjoy their dining experience;
**About you**:

- At least 2 years of experience as a Trade Waiter;
- Ability to work well under pressure;
- Ability to serve clients effectively and efficiently;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Excellent customer service;

**Job Type**: full-time, permanent;

**Salary**: $70,000 - $80,000

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
