**The Company**

Our client is a leading supplier of interior and exterior surface coatings that protect and beautify wood and a variety of other substrates. For over 80 years the company has utilised its technical strength to develop, manufacture and supply high-quality, low-environmental impact products.

They are currently seeking a Tint Specialist to join their team of professionals.

**The Role**

Working with the Operations Manager and the wider team, you will be responsible for the mixing and formulating of speciality coatings and tints used to protect and decorate surfaces.

**What We Are Looking For**
- Related experience in a similar position
- Must have an excellent “eye for colour”. Experience tinting paint, stains, and/or lacquer would be very helpful
- Must maintain an orderly work area, have good time management and organisational skills
- Must have knowledge of basic math concepts
- Capable of working in a fast-paced work environment and comfortable lifting heavy paint tins
- Must have a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
