About the role
- Assist in implementing strategies to enhance pastoral services and ensure they are complementary to other wellbeing and support services provided by AV
- Liaise collaboratively with senior management across AV to support them with referrals or initiatives for pastoral and chaplaincy requirements
About you
**To be considered for this position you will possess**:
- A relevant qualification in the following field/s; Social Work, Psychology, Critical Incident Stress Management, Emergency Management (desirable)
- Successful completion of pastoral care, clinical pastoral education, or similar relevant training
- Experience providing high quality pastoral care and chaplaincy services in a complex environment
- Highly developed communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills with an ability to work effectively as part of a team sharing resources, ideas and expertise
- Required to be available outside of ordinary working hours to provide advice, support to other employees or managers involved in dealing with emergency or time critical incidents or issues
- Hold a current Victorian Driver's Licence and be willing to travel throughout Metropolitan Victoria

This position is graded at AV3 under the AV (Management and Administrative Staff) Enterprise Agreement 2021.
