Customer Service and Fulfilment Manager

**About the role**:
The Customer service and Fulfilment Manager is responsible for managing the fulfilment activities from order placement through to delivery across the InfraBuild Steel Manufacturing Unit. Delivering and continually improving the Customer Experience, transport planning and despatch execution processes and driving improved business and customer outcomes is the key deliverable for this role.

Responsibilities include:

- Championing the continuous improvement of DIFOT across Customer Service and Fulfilment
- Work across both the Manufacturing and Commercial segments to manage the order-to-delivery cycle
- Managing customer service and transport planning specialist staff to deliver world-class Customer Service
- Understand the reporting requirements of key stakeholders including internal and external customers and work with the Commercial group to deliver timely updates
- Work with the Fulfilment Systems and Development group to drive the most efficient and effective use of the order-to-delivery systems

**About your experience**:

- Significant experience and demonstrated record of achieving results in a similar manufacturing environment
- Degree qualified in relevant discipline
- Experience in managing and leading people
- Strong business acumen complimented by problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to motivate and influence behaviours and actions to achieve business outcomes
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Advanced understanding and highly developed skills in the use of SAP S4HANA SD and TM systems
