Our client is one of Australia’s well-regarded equine facilities, based across 2000 acres on the South Coast of NSW. Their world class facilities provide a unique experience for their visitors by combining beautiful architecture together with the latest equine technology and love of horses

Your pride in presentation for yourself and your work, ability to work as part of a team, reliability and focus on delivery of service will provide efficient and effective support for the facility.

Your usual hours of work is 0700am till 330pm. You will require a Manual drivers license

**Duties include but not limited to**:

- Lawn and grounds maintenance
- Brush cutting, weeding, spot spray, pruning, garden maintenance, fencing, mulching and plant maintenance
- Landscape maintenance - fertilising of trees/gardens, tree/shrub pruning and removal, spraying of pesticides/herbicides, irrigation infrastructure and mulching
- Truck driving, woodchipper, bobcat, tractor, excavator work, fence painting, chainsaw work, assisting contractors, irrigation maintenance, turfing, seeding, tree transplanting, unloading of trucks for horse feed.
- General repairs and maintenance which include cleaning duties associated with the property, buildings, equipment and other assets.
- Assist in maintaining the presentation of the precinct, ensuring all areas are clean, swept, dusted, cobwebs removed, blown and waste removal.
