Due to continued growth, we have a newly created role available for a Procurement Administrator who will be responsible for the receiving of inventory and direct charge material and services, expediting overdue orders, maintaining up-to-date records in a responsible manner that meets the needs of both the customer and the Company.

Your new role
We are seeking a highly experienced Procurement Administrator to support our Procurement function at our Head Office in Nambour. Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Execute integrated procurement management systems and processes to support the needs of the business
- Provide support the Procurement team by way of month and year end reporting, site warehouses, Compliance, Finance and Mine Operations
- Ensure operational compliance of Procurement management policies and procedures, SOX and Audit Requirements, including reporting, data analysis and testing
- Ensure daily receiving transactions are completed in an accurate and timely manner
- Liaison with Procurement, supplier, and business unit representatives to ensure invoices, delivery slips, Labour, Equipment and materials meet the requirements for ensuring accuracy and timely receipts.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in the mining/heavy construction industry preferred
- Experience in inventory and/or parts purchasing/management
- The ability to build positive work relationships and effectively collaborate with co-workers and managers to achieve overall business objectives
- Experience in Oracle or JDE or another large-scale ERP system highly regarded
- Ability to work Monday-Friday office based in Nambour.
