**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a Stores Officer to join the Engineering team at our Kilcoy facility.
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships across the organisation to ensure seamless delivery of maintenance spare parts, equipment and materials
- Manage daily Maintenance Store activities, ensuring all registers are maintained
- Maintain the condition of all spares and materials by ensuring they are stored in the correct location and deliveries are re-stocked in a timely manner and ensure good housekeeping is maintained
- Manage stock levels by review of the replenish stock listing and rolling stocktake of high risk / high turnover areas.
- Critically assess the usage of maintenance spare parts, equipment and materials within control and manage for best outcome and provide recommendations to management
- Work with the Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to assist with preparing materials for Work Kits
- Coordinate and monitor freight movements, in and out.
- Accurately receipt delivered materials, items, supplies or contractor timesheets and perform Invoice reconciliation against purchase orders for stores within control
- Ensure items to be sent for repair are accompanied by Work Orders
- Ensure repaired items are entered back into the MEX catalogue once returned

**REMUNERATION**

Salary will be discussed with progressing applicants.

**ROSTER**

Day Shift | Monday to Thursday (9.5 hours)

**ABOUT YOU**
- A current LF forklift licence
- Stock Management experience - MEX Experience_ _**_highly regarded_**:

- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, with time management, and problem-solving skills
- Able to provide insight and quickly identify a way forward when presented with challenges
- Promote and work to continuously improve systems and process development to best practice
- Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- High Level of knowledge in Microsoft Office suite
- Unlimited working rights within Australia
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Ability to work alongside a diverse workforce
- Drivers licence and reliable vehicle, or
- Own transport or reliable means of getting to work
- Vaccinated (or willing to be) against Q Fever.
