**Who we are**
Established in 2016, My Emergency Doctor is a high growth telemedicine business. Our team of Emergency Specialists provide care virtually to hospitals, ambulance services, primary health networks, residential aged care facilities and urgent care centres across Australia at times and places when those Specialists are most difficult to access. This is generally in regional and rural areas but is relevant to metro areas during the night.

Our Specialists help our clients avoid unnecessary presentations to hospitals, determine which patients need ambulances and support on-site clinical staff to provide critical care. Our team of offshore based FACEMs are able to supervise and guide doctors overnight in Australian emergency departments, whilst working during the day from their location.

**The Opportunity**
Our roster comprises Fellows of the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine (FACEMs) based throughout Australia and other global locations. With My Emergency Doctor, you can work from a location of your choice. The combination of your specialised skill set and our platform will allow you to continue practicing emergency medicine, from your home environment without the full PPE You will be joining a growing roster of 135+ FACEMs who are currently reaping the benefits of earning regular income via telehealth, from the comfort of their own home.

Working from home during the evening could provide you with the opportunity to reduce your face to face hospital shifts, allowing more daytime hours to focus on the things you really love in life

**A Career in Telemedicine**
Working with My Emergency Doctor can improve your career longevity and give you predictability within your shifts. Many of our FACEMs choose to lock in their shifts well in advance. We send everything to you that you will need on shift including a laptop, second screen and a headset.

**The Requirements**
- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum six months as a FACEM to join our roster immediately. We will happily hold discussions with those approaching fellowship interested in working with us in the future
- Work from home set up (including a private space, high speed internet etc)
