**About the Role**:
This head office/warehouse-based role works in the very heart of the organisation, maintaining the company’s inventory of 1400+ sku's across multiple brands. You’ll be working closely with your cross-functional colleagues (Sales Analyst, DC, Export, etc.) to achieve line efficiency & optimal stock levels, and also with external vendors, suppliers, freight forwarders etc. This is an excellent role for someone who possesses fantastic administrative skills, is an outstanding communicator, loves a fast-paced environment, is super at time management - and (a must) has solid knowledge of Supply Chain Management.

Reporting into the Head of Operations, you’ll be
- Working closely with the business’ Sales Analyst to enter, track & monitor inventory
- Coordinating the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers and deliveries
- Responsible for Purchase orders tracking, from Ordering to Manufacturing to Receiving of stock into DC
- Tracking inbound & outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS)
- Developing & implementing inventory control systems & practices
- Identifying, reviewing, & resolving with vendors/suppliers: QC of stock purchased, future stock production, stock availability, MOQ, lead times & transport.
- Performing regular stock checks & reporting any issues to management
- Maintaining & updating records of purchase orders, pricing reports, & inventory records
- Collaborating with Export Sales Manager on arranging Export sales invoices, stock availability, pricing, export documents for customs, transit & lead times
- Working closely with inventory team to ensure data integrity & accuracy
- Producing routine production schedules that meet operational and sales targets (Bill of Materials)
- Maintaining & managing obsoletion/close-out of stock lines***

**Your Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum high school certificate; Qualifications in logistics, business administration, or similar preferred
- 2 years’ experience in warehousing, logistics, or similar
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software
- Exceptional understanding of inventory management practices such as ABC analysis & cycle counting
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, & negotiation abilities
- Excellent time management & organisational skills
- Able to develop & maintain standard operating procedures
- Collaborative orientation: team player and positive “can do” attitude
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19
- All applicants MUST already be based in Australia and have full working rights on a permanent basis
