**Our Opportunity**

NEPEAN Engineering & Innovation have an amazing opportunity for a CNC Beamline Operator to join our team. This position is a full-time opportunity based in Narellan, NSW.

Your daily duties include, however, are not limited to;
- Taking responsibility for setting up and running different machines in the beamline workgroup.
- Review factory orders and drawings, load/unload products and complete any other tasks necessary to start new projects.
- Using Multi-Press for straightening operations and plasma/flame-cut operations for holes and notches.
- Calculating and coding machine controlling criteria, such as axis movement, type and size of cutting/ drilling tools, spindle location and machining starts.

**The Right Person**
- Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or relevant trade qualifications with proven supervisory experience.
- 2+ years’ experience in CNC Machine operation, programming or similar.
- Previous experience with a combination of CNC Beamline, manual cut-off saws and manual or automatic bandsaws.
- Organisational and time management skills
