**Role Overview**: We are seeking experienced Setter Operators to join our team in producing high-quality engineering components and products. This role is ideal for individuals skilled in manual process work within a production environment, particularly in Tube Pipe Bending and Rolling.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and set up CNC tube bending machinery, saws, and end forming equipment.
- Perform advanced calibration on laser tube cutting equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery with advanced technical skills or with tech support.
- Program parts completely from CAD and make necessary program adjustments.
- Coordinate multiple machines to ensure efficient and premium quality production.
- Meet pre-set production targets and maintain adherence to detailed specifications.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Tube Pipe Bending and Rolling in a mechanical process work environment.
- Competency in using bending machines, hand tools, and measuring equipment.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings, charts, and information.
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in Notepad &/or WordPad.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and make quick, accurate production decisions.

**Application Requirement**: Must reliably commute or plan to relocate to Clayton, Vic 3168 before starting work.

**Experience Preferred**:

- Tube bending: 3 years
- Metal Rolling: 2 years

**Work Authorisation**: Australia (preferred)
