We are in search of an approachable and enthusiastic Reception, Events & Office Coordinator to play a pivotal role in delivering essential reception, event, and catering support services at our Brisbane office. This opportunity is ideal for an individual who values providing a high end service and finds satisfaction in a role that offers diversity, ensuring the seamless operation of our events, functions, and the maintenance of our corporate facilities to the highest standards.

About the role

Support the day-to-day operations, ensuring a professional reception and meeting room environment.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, overseeing the entire process from checks to distribution.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to orchestrate flawless end-to-end event support, from setup to pack down.
Take charge of catering for in-house meetings, training sessions, and events, ensuring a seamless experience.
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of corporate kitchens, upholding high hygiene standards.
Efficiently manage stock control for catering needs, from monitoring to ordering and restocking.
Provide valuable administrative support to the Corporate Services team as required.

**Skills and Experiences**:
About you

Ideally possess experience in a similar role. Backgrounds in marketing, front-of-house hospitality or event management are equally valued.
Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office and developed computer literacy.
High level of attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, contributing to a harmonious work atmosphere.
Display self motivation and a genuine passion for aiding others.
Understand the significance of creating a warm and welcoming environment.
