Based at our head office in Artarmon, this full-time role will see you preparing and developing comprehensive written content for bids and tenders and is immediately available.

**The Role**

As the Tender/Bid Coordinator, you will:

- Coordinate and write compelling and compliant responses, proposals, EOIs, tenders etc
- Write key sections of submissions, including planning, drafting, gathering information, editing content and ensuring compliance with standards
- Nurture relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
- Coordinate contributions from operational and other teams
- Develop content and templates and maintain the library

**Skills and Experience**

The successful applicant will have:

- Experience in proposal writing or tender/bid writing
- The ability to engage with clients to understand to meet their needs and produce professional, compelling proposal content
- Performance under pressure and ability to deliver in tight timeframes
- Ability to work both autonomously and effectively as part of a team
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
- Outstanding organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- A positive, motivated, flexible, and can-do attitude.
- COVID-19 vaccination (fully vaccinated)
- A national criminal history check is required for this role
