Our goal is to create warm and inviting spaces that enhance the comfort and aesthetic appeal of our customers' homes.

We are seeking a skilled Install Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the installation of gas fireplaces, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and according to the highest quality standards. You will work with a team of installation technicians, coordinate their schedules working closely with customers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure seamless project execution - essentially a great result for our customer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the installation of gas fireplaces from start to finish, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines, building codes, and company standards.
- Coordinate installation schedules, materials, and resources to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal departments to address any project-specific requirements or challenges.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including installation records, inspection reports, and customer communications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and relevant regulations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of gas heating systems, installation techniques, and safety protocols.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations governing gas fireplace installations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
