A Certificate III in IT to be precise Throughout your 24 months as a NextGen trainee you will complete online modules along with learning on-the-job. Your new employer will give you dedicated time to complete your studies while you’re at work - no TAFE, no homework

- Identify how errors could take place and put prevention measures in place
- Take personal accountability for accuracy

- Explain potentially confusing information in a simple manner
- Considerate of others
- Ask further questions to clarify understanding
- Seek feedback on performance measured against procedures
- Take initiative to perform adequately

Customer focus:

- Build rapport with customers
- Demonstrate authentic empathy
- Provide relevant options to customers
