Accounts Payable

**ACCOUNTS PAYABLE / RECEIVABLE / SALES**

**The Opportunity**

Working in a small team, your role will include the following responsibilities:

- Processing accounts payables and receivables
- Daily bank reconciliations and following up any discrepancies or queries.
- Following up on debtor payments
- Preparing weekly sales analysis and stock reports
- Enter payroll journals weekly
- Producing customer statements monthly
- Processing month end account closures
- Data entry of Invoices
- Strong data entry skills
- Strong Account reconciliation skill - re: Vendor statements & Customer payments
- Sales Support including handling customer enquiries, processing sales orders and quotes
- General office administration duties

**The Person**

You will be a person with sound knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations with strong analytical skills and strong MS Excel skills. You will be computer-literate with accounting software and possess a high attention to detail and accuracy, as well as an ability to prioritise your work.

You will be comfortable and confident with a customer-focused role that has regular interaction with customers.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- MINTO, NSW 2566: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounts receivable: 1 year (required)
