An opportunity exists for a passionate and results-driven People & Culture professional to join our People, Culture & Wellbeing team on a fixed-term basis. Partnering with our core brands - NAPA, Repco and AMX across NSW & ACT you will be part of a progressive business in a time of exciting strategic change. We will consider applicants from Syndey, Brisbane or Melbourne for this role, to work a hybrid arrangement from any of our offices plus home.

**Reporting to General Manager People, Culture & Wellbeing, you will**:

- Support creating a safe, inclusive and high-performing fun culture at GPC
- Be an equal and credible partner who fosters relationships that strengthen our organisation and deliver results for our people, business and customers through coaching and partnering
- Be a Change Leader and Ambassador supporting change management locally
- Use insights, work closely with People Leaders to provide strategic support and identify commercially sound and pragmatic people solutions, plans and advice
- Support workforce planning and design to sustain a capable workforce through the implementation of robust succession, talent and workforce planning in portfolio
- Provide advice, support and coach People Leaders on complex performance, employee relations and workplace investigations
- Contribute to solutions focused on building organisational capability through diagnosing gaps, delivering coaching and other broader capability requirements
- Be a positive and collaborative contributor to all People, Culture & Wellbeing deliverables and initiatives, both from the business and PCW Strategic Plans

**Ideally, you are**:

- Customer centric, people-focused and passionate about delivering commercial People solutions
- Personable and committed to building strong working relationships and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- An excellent coach, communicator, planner and influencer
- Experienced with current employment legislation, change management and People practices; which is supported by a qualification in People & Culture or a related discipline

You will be provided with high levels of autonomy and decision-making ability. No two days will look the same and every day will provide you with a new and exciting challenge. With a large team of Business Partners, Advisors and Specialists across Australia, you will never be short of support or advice. Role flexibility with a Hybrid working environment.
