We have an exciting opportunity for three Quality Specialists to join our organisation. As part of a newly created Supervision and Monitoring team, you will work closely with our different departments and be responsible for ensuring the consistent implementation of, and compliance with, customer quality and service expectations.

As a Quality Specialist, your focus will be to assist the management team in monitoring and analysing business processes to achieve compliance and service goals and excellence at every interaction with the customer.

**You’ll be responsible for**:

- Monitoring internal controls to ensure alignment and compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
- Providing regular and ad-hoc reporting in accordance with business unit requirements
- Undertake research to improve quality results by analysing business issues, trends and compliance incidents.
- Identify gaps and develop recommendations for solutions or coaching and development
- Provide ongoing assistance to operational staff with the quality programme
- Determine, create and publish appropriate communication, providing assistance in the maintenance of procedural manuals and letters.

- Possess excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of compliance and quality assurance principles
- Good communication and coaching skills
- Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns, trends and links that inform judgements and solutions.
- Excellent Excel skills and knowledge
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
