We are seeking a dynamic and polished BDM/Head of Sales to join our growing skincare company. Developing and nurturing partnerships with wholesalers and corporate clients, you will develop and improve systems and processes that drive sustainable growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Sales
- Create & maintain a robust pipeline of leads through proactive prospecting, networking & leveraging existing relationships
- Develop & implement effective sales strategies & tactics to drive revenue & growth with the aim to exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
- Build & nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers & stakeholders in the beauty industry, including salon owners, spa managers & dermal clinics
- Develop & improve systems & processes to maximise efficiency & drive sustainable growth
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, promotions & sales materials
- Analyse sales data & provide regular reports to management on sales performance, forecasts & market trends
- Stay up-to-date with latest industry trends, competitor activities & market insights to adapt sales approaches & stay ahead of the competition

Partnership
- Ascertain client needs, concerns & goals in order to provide effective coaching for spa & salon partners & provide guidance, strategy & support
- Provide business development to partners to establish clear, specific, measurable goals that align with business development & sales targets
- Work collaboratively to create action plans & milestones to track progress
- Provide constructive & timely feedback to partners using data & metrics to evaluate performance & assist them in achieving business
objectives
- Encourage & inspire partners to overcome obstacles, persist through challenges, and stay motivated in their pursuit of revenue targets
- Create bespoke & tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of clients, using a solution orientated approach with a flair for creativity & personalisation
- Operate within a continuous improvement approach

**About You**:

- Proven track record in business development & sales
- 2+ years experience in a similar role with a proven track record
- Solution oriented approach to client management with a strong client service focus
- Dynamic presentation skills & a polished & warm communication style
- Impeccable personal presentation, representative of the Waterlily brand
- Excel at working autonomously & proactively
- Driven & results orientated
- Deliver an ethical & authentic approach to business
- You will have a passion for wellness and the beauty industry & be driven to drive growth & success for the company
