Looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity in the field of change management? Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Change Manager to join their team and lead the change management activities related to various ICT enabled projects.

As a Change Manager, you will:

- Lead and effectively manage the change management activities related to the ICT enabled projects, utilising the ICT OCM Framework.
- Identify and engage with project stakeholders to assess the business impacts of the change in the areas of technology, organisational, people and processes.
- Create change management strategy providing strategic and tactical advice
- Lead a small team of resources for the organisational change management training and communication activities required to support the implementation phase of the project if applicable
- Have a solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Complete the initial complexity assessment to scope out the level of change required.
- Create actionable deliverables for the change management levers:

- Change impact analysis
- Resistance management plan
- Stakeholder analysis and engagement strategy
- Communications action plan - coordinate all project communication activities
- Training plans and packages - coordinate training schedules and resources to deliver the training
