**Your opportunity**

As a casual Services Attendant at **Westfield Knox**, you will be part of our Parking Experience team. You will be proactive, hands-on and dedicated to maintaining exceptional standards of customer service in an ever-changing environment.

- Being empowered to rectify and resolve customer issues that may arise while on shift.
- Maintain car park equipment in a good condition and working order (Boom gates, Automated Pay Machines, Visual Messaging Screens, etc)
- Perform traffic management in the car park when congestion and traffic flow issues arise (industry recognized training provided)
- Providing assistance, directions and information to customers in a busy retail environment, including in the car park.

**Your checklist**
- Previous work experience in a customer facing role, ideally within a car parking or retail environment
- Experience interacting with customers from all backgrounds, and an ability to achieve a high level of service that consistently meets and exceeds the expectations of our customers
- An ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work across a 7-day dynamic roster, including weekends and Public Holidays
- Able to use the Microsoft Office Suit to perform day to day administrative duties
- To be considered for a Car Park position, a drivers’ license is required to operate the company vehicle
