**About the Position**

Are you a dynamic and experienced engineering professional looking for an opportunity to lead and manage a team in a thriving community? City of Canada Bay Council is seeking a Manager for our Engineering Services team. In this role, you will oversee a range of engineering projects and contribute to the growth and development of our vibrant community.

Key Accountabilities:

- Lead and manage the Engineering Services team.
- Oversee engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget and on schedule.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance.
- Monitor and report on project progress.

Key Challenges:

- Balancing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Adapting to changing project requirements.

Decision Making:

- Project prioritization and resource allocation.
- Approving project plans and budgets.

Essential Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.

We are offering an attractive total remuneration from **$117,393.97 to $135,003.07 + Super.**
