**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Head of Software Development and Support within our Information Technology Team. In this role, you will manage the software development team which consists of internal resources and third-party providers. The team is responsible for delivering and maintaining new and existing sector leading business solutions through our suite of corporate systems. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate their competency for the position by meeting the following essential criteria:

- Information Technology related degree, or extensive applicable and equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum ten (10) years’ experience in software development and team management
- Extensive track record of delivering business user focused solutions that digitise and automate business processes.
- Extensive experience in managing and delivering software solutions in a low code/no code environment such as Salesforce or similar.
- A proven track record of planning and delivering software projects on time, on budget and with the agreed scope.
- A proven track record of improving and maintaining levels of customer engagement and satisfaction with a software development function.
