Sales - Prospector

Hockingstuart Bankstown is looking for a motivated, resilient and determined self-starter with a strong work ethic, who is energised and excited about building a career in real estate sales.

As Sales Associate/Prospector you will work directly with an experienced lead agent and be fully supported in your career development from the outset, including access to high-quality training via our award-winning training academy.

You will be responsible for actively prospecting for new business, and assisting the listing agent with lead generation, lead nurture and database management. You will help build long-lasting client relationships, ensuring a high-quality customer experience at all times.

**You will also be responsible for**:

- Prospecting / lead generation / lead nurture
- Database management
- Creating and nurturing client relationships (primarily by phone with some face-to-face contact)
- Assisting with open for inspections as required
- Attending regular skills and systems training sessions as part of our pathway training program
- A genuine desire to learn and succeed
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- A professional and ethical approach to customer service
- A current Agent’s Representative Certificate (or can obtain)
- A current driver license
- A full Estate Agent’s License (desirable)

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
