**THE OPPORTUNITY**

The Department of Community and Social Inclusion provides a progressive, innovative, and supportive teaching environment with strong industry links. The department is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individuals to effectively design and teach theoretical and practical sessions to students in: Certificate IV in Mental Health.

**Salary**:$78.28 p/h - $84.57 p/h + superannuation
**Location**:Moorabbin and Waverley Campus
**WWCC**: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.
**Police Check**:Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check.
**Position Status**:Casual

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful you will possess the following:

- Relevant industry qualification and relevant/current industry experience:

- For Mental Health Teachers this may include relevant higher study in psychology, counselling, mental health, alcohol and other drugs, experience as a counsellor, psychologist, or mental health worker.
- Previous experience in a teaching or training role preferred.
- ** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116); or**:

- ** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) including the units TAELLN411 & TAEASS502 or equivalent units.**
