**Position Summary**:
As an Admin Assistant you will provide support to our SMSF division as they provide advice and compliance to clients. In this role you will prepare reports, manage lodgements and provide operational support to the SMSF team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Compiling and preparing SMSF's financial reports and associated documents for clients to sign
- Reviewing documents returned by clients for completeness and assisting with preparation of SMSF audit files
- Assist with billings and debtor management
- Maintain ASIC registers for clients including preparing and lodging ASIC forms to update details, manage and lodge annual ASIC returns, monitor clients ASIC accounts for overdue invoices.
- Sorting, recording and delivering incoming mail on a daily basis;
- Ensure outgoing mail is recorded and mailed on a daily basis;
- General administration duties, including scanning and filing documents
- Manage updates to SMSFs and reporting to relevant government bodies, including deed updates, name changes, adding new members, removing members, etc.
- Assist with marketing activities for the division;
- Assisting with the administration of onboarding and offboarding clients; and
- Maintain our electronic records of client details to ensure contact details are up to date across various systems
**Education Requirements**:
Essential
- Completion of Year 12
Desirable
- Certificate in Business Administration
**Demonstrated Experience & Attributes**
Essential
- 12-18 months in a similar role
- Strong Communication Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
