Key Responsibilities:
1.⁠ ⁠Perform routine gutter cleaning and maintenance for commercial properties.

2.⁠ ⁠Inspect gutters for damage, leaks, or other issues that may require repair or replacement.

3.⁠ ⁠Remove debris, leaves, and other obstructions from gutters using appropriate tools and equipment.

4.⁠ ⁠Ensure that downspouts are clear and functioning properly to prevent water damage to the building.

5.⁠ ⁠Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries.

6.⁠ ⁠Communicate effectively with clients and team members to coordinate scheduling and address any concerns or special requests.

7.⁠ ⁠Document work performed, including before and after photos, to provide clients with thorough documentation of services rendered through our reporting app.

All TRAINING GIVEN

1.⁠ ⁠Previous experience in commercial gutter cleaning or related field preferred.

2.⁠ ⁠Knowledge of gutter systems, including types of materials, installation methods, and common maintenance issues.

3.⁠ ⁠Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions, including rain, snow, and extreme temperatures.

4.⁠ ⁠Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential problems or areas in need of attention.

5.⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and customer service skills.

6.⁠ ⁠Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

7.⁠ ⁠Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work on ladders or scaffolding as needed.
