The QC Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day Food Safety and Quality operations of our Pizza & Dinner plants. The role will ensure the release and hold of all raw materials at our Ballarat site, and ensure raw materials are in compliance with supplier specifications.

**About the role**
- Raise non-conformance and/or reject reports for out-of-specification and/or non-conforming raw materials and packaging for the Ballarat Site.
- Create and update raw material procedures, work instructions, forms and SOPs as required.
- Raise Plant Interim specifications as required with relevant McCain personnel.
- Ensure that all the QC checklists/files/forms for the Ballarat site are developed and updated as required by the Supplier Quality Manager
- Prepare and participate in any internal and external audits as required
- Proactively identify and execute on any Quality and/or Food Safety improvement opportunities

**About you**
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt to a changing manufacturing environment
- Strong team ethic with ability to build collaborative relationships
- Previous Food Manufacturing Food Safety & Quality experience
- Previous Supervisory experience
- Ability to analyse information and collate reports
