Sales Associate

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products and services.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support by providing product and service information, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure the ability to provide accurate information to customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by employing effective sales techniques.
- Record and update customer information in the database accurately.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Build and cultivate customer relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Work with the sales team to develop strategies to further develop the sales pipeline.
- Handle customer objections and complaints with a positive attitude, aiming to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers over the phone.
- Strong listening and sales skills to effectively convey our products' value to customers.
- Ability to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching next potential customer.
- Knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to close deals.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
