We are looking for experienced, energetic and creative staff who are passionate about making a difference in other people's lives. - A current First Aid Certificate
- An Australian driver’s license and a reliable and registered vehicle
- An ACT Working with Vulnerable People Card or equivalent
- A National Criminal History Check (Police Check)
- An NDIS Workers Orientation Module “Quality, Safety and You” completion certificate

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide person-centered support in the community, homes, supported accommodation, and residential care facilities.
- Implement lifestyle plans to improve the quality of life for clients through learning and independence.
- Perform household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and other daily living activities.
- Display an energetic and creative approach in supporting clients in their homes and communities.
- Effectively manage challenging behaviors with positive behavior support plans.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and fun environment.
- Provide daily care, including bathing, toileting, dressing, and food preparation.
- Communicate with management and key-carers to achieve desired goals.
- Document client progress and important information with case notes.
- Report incidents, behaviors, and seizures as necessary.
- Foster skill development through activities such as shopping, cooking, and using public transportation.
- Transport clients to appointments and shopping.
- Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing environments.
- Approach support with a goal-focused attitude and look for opportunities for success.
- Basic tech skills
