Spare Parts Interpreter

John Sanderson Machinery are a family-owned agricultural machinery dealer located in Nagambie. At John Sanderson Machinery we pride ourselves on the reputation of our parts & service departments and the personnel that make it a great place to work and do business.

Due to substantial growth within our business a Parts Interpreter Traineeship position has become available. The position would be well suited to an individual with great customer service looking to enter the agricultural industry.

**The Role**:

- Parts interpreting - Identify make and model of vehicle or equipment, utilise electronic parts catalogues or databases to procure parts and accessories.
- Assist internal and external customers with their enquiries and provide best available information and product to suit their needs.
- Using database pick & pack outbound orders, unpack and distribute inbound orders.
- Participate in on-line and face to face training programs.
- Assist in maintaining parts department cleanliness and organisation.
- Have a laugh and enjoy interactions with fellow staff and customers.

- Willing to work some overtime during busy periods.
- Possess intermediate computer, numeracy, and literacy skills.
