**Job Summary (Purpose)**:
The Human Resources Advisor, Supply Chain is responsible for handling recruitment and performance management on site, as well as coordinating a range of Human Resources processes and initiatives across our HR Supply Chain team. The Human Resources Advisor is process-driven, personable and highly effective in their approach to contributing to the Company. This is a contract role for a maximum period of 12 months.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Partner with our Talent Acquisition team to lead Supply Chain recruitment, including conducting interviewing, reference checking and facilitating onboarding.
- Provide advice, mentorship, coaching and support to Leaders in all areas of HR including but not limited to performance management, employment relations, industrial relations and HR policies, procedures and processes.
- Support the HRBP and Learning and Administration Leader with EHS and return to work administration for Australia.
- Processing of weekly Operator payroll exceptions, including entering leave and overtime into ADP.
- Support the HRBP with the execution of HR-related initiatives such as, DE&I, organisation design, talent management, employee development, SHAPE (strategic broad approach to people excellence), and various other programs.
- Ensure the accurate and effective interpretation of enterprise agreements, providing advice and direction to employees and Team Leaders.
- Ensure employee employee records are maintained accurately, supporting our digitization journey with our employee files.
- Support the HRBP with the preparation of WGEA reporting for C-P Australia.
- Handling employee benefits, including coordinating and ordering monthly product parcels and facilitating their disbursement on site, and coordinating annual Years of Services and birthday celebrations.
- Coordinating monthly HR reporting, including absenteeism, APAC headcount and monthly working hours reporting.

**Required (Education, Knowledge required, Language skills, etc)**:

- Tertiary qualifications in HR
- Experience working with a unionized workforce and interpreting Enterprise Agreements
- End to end recruitment experience
- Performance management/employment relations experience
- Proactive self-starter with strong initiative
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Google suite exposure
- SuccessFactors and ADP system experience
