**About the Role**
We have an opportunity for a Passionate Shift Leader to join our enthusiastic team.
**What you will do**:
- Taking customer orders and handling money
- End of day financials
- Open and Close the store
- Making all beverages (coffee, tea, frappes and other beverages)
- Select and grind coffee
- Replenishing & rotating of stock
- Undertaking general waiting duties for both food and/or beverage
- Effective communication skills
- Time management Skills
**What you’ll need to succeed**:
- Minimum 1 year supervisor experience and passionate about team development
- Recent experience working in a high volume cafe
- Strong communicator and team player
- People orientated with excellent customer service skills
- Full availability a must
- Reliable transportation
