**Description**:
**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
This role will suit a flexible team player with excellent attention to detail that is willing to work autonomously and assist the wider People and Culture team. Experience working with Chris21 and Optima will be advantageous. This is a full time position based at our Bentley campus. You will be responsible for the maintenance and development of the administration rosters and employee services support. Given you will be liaising with a number of key internal clients, a professional and friendly disposition are important.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Maintenance of the fortnightly rosters for Administration staff including demand templates, personal patterns, position changes and salary increments and updates.
- Providing employee services support including documentation to support position changes, leave report processing and other end of month reporting.
- Assist the wider team with other core human resource functions.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**KEY ROLE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Demonstrated previous experience with rostering (essential)
- Experience working in an aged care environment (desirable)
- Knowledge of Chris21 and Optima (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of products
- High attention to detail
- Commitment to providing excellence in customer service
- Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
- Working rights within Australia
- National Police Clearance less than 6 months old or NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Influenza Statement
- COVID-19 Vaccination
