**Position: Experienced Educator**
As an experienced educator, you will play a pivotal role in inspiring and guiding our children as they embark on their educational journey as well as supporting our centre supervisor on a daily basis. We are seeking a passionate professional who possesses the following qualities:
**1. Qualifications and Experience**
- Hold a Certificate or Diploma degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 12 months of experience working with children.
- Possess a current First Aid certification, including CPR, asthma, and anaphylaxis training.
- Familiarity with the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.

**2. Passion for Early Childhood Education**
- Display a genuine love for working with children and a deep understanding of their developmental needs.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that promotes curiosity, creativity, and independence.
- Implement age-appropriate programs that stimulate growth across all areas of development.

**3. Strong Communication and Collaborative Skills**
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues, building positive relationships based on trust and respect.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and implement engaging activities that align with the centre's curriculum.
- Provide regular feedback to parents, highlighting their child's achievements and progress.

**4. Dedication to Safety and Well-being**
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for all children, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Promote positive behaviour management techniques that encourage self-regulation and empathy.
- Attend to children's physical and emotional needs, fostering a sense of belonging and security.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual, Apprenticeship
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
