- **technical leads** to provide
- **technical guidance**, ownership, and direction on two of their platforms. As a technical lead, you will be taking ownership of this process for your platform and squad. You will need some solid experience leading a team technically in the past.
- You will still
- **love** getting lost in code and being hands-on technically as well as collaborating with other engineers to drive, enhance and improve feature delivery. This will involve strategic thinking, communication, and collaboration with your team and other technical owners within the business, as well as engaging with customers at times.
- Taking full responsibility and accountability for the delivery of product and feature enhancements across the whole SDLC. You'll be a big advocate of providing detailed code reviews to ensure standards are maintained and knowledge is shared. You will live and breathe both test-driven and behaviour-driven development.
- You will also have a keen interest to get into the mind of their customers. Always be thinking about how the products that you are building will impact the lives of the end user for the better.
