**About the role**

This role is not your typical behind a desk one. Our amazing team are often out of the office and on the road around Sydney meeting customers and getting out and joining them to give them real time feedback and assistance is a key part of this role. Providing and facilitating regular coaching and training is also key to the success of this role.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Manage and motivate customer service team.
- Develop and communicate the goals and actuals regarding lead volumes.
- Plan program rosters for team members, review and amend customer service programs to achieve higher efficiency in customer service operations.
- Undertake quality assurance of the team members’ performance, educate and coordinate customer service training for team members.
- Review and improve customer service procedures to exceed customer expectation.
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
- Staying abreast of market conditions, company products and competitors’ products and services
- Identify and pursue potential areas to encourage business growth.
- Work closely with sales division pertaining to current market conditions, competitors and clients.

**Skills and Experience**
- 2 - 3 years of customer service and team management experience
- Qualification at a minimum of Diploma level or higher
- Strong experience in training and coaching
- Not afraid to get out from behind your desk
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership skills
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Experience in a similar operational capacity and time management skills
- Drivers licence and own vehicle

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
